OUTCHOKE.LOL is a novelty internet experiment built for entertainment. It is a leaderboard that ranks websites by how much money people voluntarily throw at them. It is not a business service, not an investment vehicle, and not a promise of anything.

Not a trading platform

This site is not a trading platform, exchange, brokerage, marketplace, or investment product. There is nothing here to buy, sell, trade, hold, withdraw, or redeem — no coins, no shares, no assets, no positions. No market exists on this site and none can be created from it. If you arrived expecting to trade something, you are in the wrong place: the only thing that ever moves on OUTCHOKE.LOL is a pump number on a public joke leaderboard.

Every dollar is a pump

Every dollar spent here is a voluntary pump — a donation to keep a joke website running. Nothing of financial value is exchanged in return, ever.

No financial decisions are encouraged

OUTCHOKE.LOL is an internet experiment, first and last. Nothing on this site is an invitation, recommendation, or encouragement to spend money — not the feed, not the tiers, not the animations, and not anyone else's pumps. The decision to send money is yours alone, made alone, at your own risk. If a pump would touch money you need, do not make it: spend only funds you can part with entirely, without a second thought.

The charts are toys

The candles, tickers, and chart-looking graphics are decoration for fun, drawn from pump history. They are not market data, they contain no bid/ask/spread/order book, and there is no price discovery because there is no price. A candle going up means people pumped — nothing more. Nothing shown can be traded anywhere by anyone.

You are financially responsible for your actions

By using this site you consent to this plainly: you are 100% financially responsible for your own actions here. Your decision to spend, how much you spend, and why you spend it — all yours, all on you. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability whatsoever for any damages or losses of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, emotional, or inherited — resulting from money spent on this site. If spending $500 on a whale would hurt, do not spend $500 on a whale.

No refunds

All pumps are final. No refunds, no chargebacks, no takebacks, no undo. The tier price is what you pay; the number moving on a public leaderboard is what you get. Full details in the terms. Card-network disputes and non-waivable statutory rights are never waived here — full carveouts live in the terms.

Not financial advice

Nothing here is financial, investment, trading, or gambling advice. Ranks, charts, and pump effects are cosmetic entertainment.

If you decline consent

The consent dialog at first load is how you accept these rules. If you decline it instead, the app stays browsable in read-only mode — the board, charts and public pages all work — but pumping, submitting, choking and X sign-in remain disabled on your device.

User-submitted content

Every project on this board was put there by a third-party submitter, and the listing details (name, domain, description) are either typed by that submitter or read from the publicly available pages of the submitted site — nothing private is ever collected.

Serious legal declaration: we do not verify, fact-check, endorse, or continuously monitor any user submission. We accept no liability whatsoever for the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, legality, or ownership of submitted content, and we make no representation that any listing describes its site correctly or that the submitter had any right to submit it. Anyone acting on information in a listing does so entirely at their own risk. Report a bad submission and we may remove it at our sole discretion.

Report bad content

Unlawful or false choke or pump messages get acted on fast — email reports@outchoke.lol with the receipt URL. Reports are reviewed promptly and unlawful content comes down.
