OUTCHOKE.LOL is an internet experiment created in the spirit of the satirical software wave popularised by outbit.lol and similar meme projects — a cultural artefact first, a website second. It is independent: no affiliation with, endorsement by, or connection to those projects exists.

What this service delivers

The entire offer consists of three visible things:

• a ranked board of community-submitted websites, ordered by how much voluntary credit each has received;
• a public record attached to every credit action, so anyone can observe when it occurred;
• decorative presentation — animation and chart-styled graphics drawn from that same public history.

Nothing further is offered, promised, warranted, or implied. Any greater meaning ascribed to these elements is supplied entirely by the reader.

No financial product; no market exists here

This site is not a trading platform, exchange, marketplace, brokerage, or investment product. There is nothing to buy, sell, trade, hold, withdraw, or redeem; there is no price, no order book, and no opportunity for financial participation. Credit spent here purchases participation in an entertainment experiment only.

Credit is entertainment expenditure

Credit on OUTCHOKE.LOL is a prepaid, closed-loop facility for taking part in the board. It carries no cash value, cannot be redeemed, transferred or withdrawn anywhere, and grants no ownership interest, stake, claim, or entitlement against us, its operators, or anything listed. Once acquired or directed, it cannot be recovered (see the Terms); it exists to be spent — deliberately, playfully, and without expectation of return.

Your decision is yours alone

Nothing on this site constitutes an invitation, recommendation, or encouragement to spend money. The amounts chosen, their timing, and the reasons are exclusively your own determination. Spend only what you can dispose of without hesitation; if an amount would affect your circumstances, do not commit it.

No financial or other advice

Nothing presented — rankings, records, charts, animations, copy, or any aggregate figure — constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or any professional advice, nor a statement about the merits, safety, or authenticity of anything listed on the board.

By using this site you confirm plainly: you bear full personal responsibility for your own actions here. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim liability for losses or damages of any nature arising from such actions.

The site and all features are provided "as is", without warranty of availability, accuracy, persistence, or fitness for any purpose. Features may change, rate-limit, suspend, or end at our sole discretion; the experiment itself may conclude at any time.

Third-party content and attribution

• Listings are contributed by third parties describing third-party sites. We neither verify nor continuously monitor them and make no representation about them; anyone relying on a listing does so wholly at their own risk.
• Names, handles, avatars and logos shown belong to their owners and appear descriptively only — never as affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
• Identity shown alongside a record reflects the choice made by the account performing that action at that moment; it is not our assertion about any person.

Handling of abuse

Proportionate measures exist against abuse of the experiment. Reports are considered through our contact channel at our discretion; contacting us requests review but creates neither obligation nor guaranteed outcome. Mechanics remain unpublished by design.

Purchases are final

Acquisitions of credit are final and non-refundable. Dispute-related consequences — including voiding of remaining credit where a payment dispute is raised — follow the Terms, which incorporate this document and preserve non-waivable statutory rights where applicable.

Age requirement

Payments are restricted to adults (18+). By paying you represent that you are an adult spending your own funds of your own free will; payment processing, including related obligations, rests with our merchant of record.
