1. What this is

OUTCHOKE.LOL ("we", "the house") is an internet experiment and entertainment leaderboard that ranks websites by voluntary pumps. It is a joke that accepts money — nothing more.

OUTCHOKE.LOL is not a trading platform, exchange, brokerage, marketplace, investment product, savings product, or gambling service. There is no asset of any kind here: nothing to buy, sell, trade, hold, withdraw, or redeem. No market exists on this site and none can be created from it. By using the site or sending a payment, you accept these terms in full.

2. Every dollar is a pump

• All money paid to this site is a voluntary pump — a final donation to an entertainment experiment. It buys one thing and one thing only: your chosen project's number on a public novelty leaderboard goes up.
• Pump donations are pooled solely to operate the experiment — hosting, payment processing, and keeping the joke alive. No pumper receives goods, services, returns, or consideration beyond the cosmetic leaderboard effect described below.
• If you cannot afford to lose the entire amount with zero expectation of getting anything back, do not pump. That is the honest summary of this whole document.

3. The payment flow — exactly what you get

When you buy a "pump", here is the entire transaction, step by step, with nothing left out:

• You sign in with X first. Every pump rides on a real identity — this is what makes receipts verifiable and keeps the fights clean. Signing in shares only your public X profile (handle, account id, avatar); we never see passwords and we keep no access tokens.
• You choose a project and a tier ($1 SPICE, $3 FIRE, $10 ICE, $25 MOON, $100 KING, $500 WHALE). The price shown is the full amount you pay. There are no recurring charges, no subscriptions, no hidden fees.
• You attach a required message and star rating. Both are real user input, published on your public receipt page — that receipt is what you are buying. Profanity-filled or unlawful messages may get the receipt moderated and the credit reversed without refund.
• You pay through Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. Polar processes your card and your payment details — we never see, store, or touch your card information.
• After payment succeeds, and only then, your chosen project's total on the leaderboard increases by the exact tier amount, displayed publicly (e.g. $25.00). Ranking is by total USD pumped; a higher total means a higher rank.
• You receive all of the following and nothing more:
  • the tier amount added to that project's public total and rank;
  • a one-time on-stream animation (icon effects) visible to live viewers;
  • your message and rating published on a permanent public receipt page;
  • your identity on that receipt only if you opt in: by default every pump shows as anonymous — flip the "show me" switch before paying and your @handle and avatar ride the feed and the receipt instead;
  • a confirmation on the success page once the pump is credited.
• You do NOT receive: ownership, equity, tokens, credits, digital assets, securities, advertising rights of any contractual kind, prizes, payouts, refunds, or any financial return whatsoever. A pump is a final donation that moves a number on a novelty leaderboard. That is the whole product.

4. The charts are toys

All charts, candles, tickers, and price-looking graphics on this site are decorative entertainment generated from pump history. They are not market data. They show no bid, ask, spread, order book, or liquidity. There is no price discovery because there is no price. Nothing displayed can be bought, sold, shorted, or traded anywhere, by anyone, ever. Any resemblance to a financial chart is the joke working as intended.

5. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Pumps are credited instantly by automated webhook and cannot be reversed, undone, or transferred — including in cases of typo, regret, rage, or "I thought this was an investment". If a payment was charged but never credited due to a technical failure on our side, contact us and we will credit the pump or, at our sole discretion, arrange a correction with Polar. This is the only exception.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory law — statutory consumer rights, card-network dispute rights (chargebacks), or claims for fraud, duplicate charges, or non-delivery always survive. Disputes or chargeback questions: reports@outchoke.lol.

6. You are financially responsible for your actions

This is an internet experiment: no financial decision is ever encouraged, recommended, or solicited here — including the decision to pump. By making a payment you expressly consent to the following: you are acting of your own free will, on your own judgment, with your own money; you understand the money is a pump — a donation with zero expectation of return; and you accept full and sole financial responsibility for your decision to spend. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for any damages or losses of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, emotional, or inherited — arising from money you choose to spend here. Spend responsibly, and only what you are fully willing to part with. Where applicable law grants you non-waivable consumer protections, those protections remain yours — these terms never pretend otherwise.

7. Consent gate & declining

Your first visit shows a consent dialog linking these terms, the privacy policy, and the disclaimer.

• If you accept, you declare and confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are legally eligible to use this platform under the laws that apply to you, and that you accept every part of these terms, the privacy policy, and the disclaimer. You get the full arena: feed, charts, pumps, chokes, and every money feature.
• If you decline, the app switches to read-only mode: you keep full browse access to the leaderboard and every public page, but all paying, choking, submitting, and X sign-in stay disabled on that device.

8. Conduct

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a payment.
• Pumps, chokes, and submissions all require you to be signed in with your X account — no anonymous actions at the gate. Display anonymity stays yours: every action defaults to anon unless you flip it public. One identity, clean fights.
• No illegal content, impersonation, or abuse of the submission system.
• We may remove projects or reverse credits (without refund) that violate these terms, and rate-limit or ban abusive traffic.

9. Report content & takedowns

Choke and pump messages are user speech published on receipt pages. We do not pre-screen everything, but we act fast on unlawful content: defamation, harassment, impersonation, illegal material. Email reports@outchoke.lol with the receipt URL; unlawful content comes down and repeat abusers lose sign-in privileges. Site owners can request removal of listings or chokes targeting their domain through the same address.

10. Submissions and embeds — public info, zero accuracy liability

Submitting a project requires signing in with X and grants us permission to display its name, domain, and public stats on the leaderboard. To build a listing we may read publicly available information only from the submitted domain (page title, meta description, favicon). We never access private, authenticated, or paywalled content.

Binding declaration: all project information on this site originates from voluntary third-party submissions. We act as a passive host of that data. We do not verify, warrant, or continuously monitor the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, legality, or ownership of any submission, and we accept no liability whatsoever for any error in, misrepresentation in, or consequence of relying on user-submitted content. Anyone relying on a listing does so at their own risk. Claims of inaccurate or infringing submissions may be sent to us; removal is at our sole discretion and not guaranteed.

Embed badges and links are provided as-is; we give no performance guarantee of any kind.

11. Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of uptime, persistence, or data retention. We may change these terms, tiers, mechanics, or shut the whole thing down at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
